About the role
Social Discovery Group is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its globally distributed team. You will act as the primary point of contact for users of our dating and social discovery platforms, ensuring a high‑quality experience and fostering long‑term retention.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to user inquiries across all company websites.
- Diagnose and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services or platforms.
- Maintain service quality standards and document interactions.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills (additional languages a plus).
- Experience supporting international customers.
- Fast typing speed in English.
- Ability to quickly learn and retain large volumes of product information.
- Strong emotional intelligence and problem‑solving aptitude.
- Resilient, energetic, and proactive attitude.
