Remote Call Center Agent – Outbound & Inbound

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Agent to work from home, handling both outbound and inbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations and sales. You will also manage email inquiries, update our CRM, and produce regular reports.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations and sales.
• Handle inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close sales.
• Enter and update customer data in the CRM system.
• Respond to customer emails promptly.
• Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Meet defined service level agreements and other assigned duties.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Strong time‑management and prioritisation.
• Customer‑oriented with adaptability to different personalities.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior BPO experience required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Google Drive.
• Familiarity with Anydesk and Discord.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and data‑entry tasks.
• Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher.
