Sales Trainer & Food Product Demonstrator

About the role

The Sales Trainer/Food Product Demonstrator is responsible for building new customer relationships, maintaining service levels with existing accounts, and handling deliveries, warehouse operations, and in‑store activities for retail and food‑service clients.

Key responsibilities

• Itemized check‑in of delivered goods with a customer representative
• Complete bi‑weekly customer inventory and create orders based on inventory levels
• Pull credits, create out‑of‑date memos, and issue customer credits
• Perform merchandising resets and suggest cross‑merchandising opportunities
• Provide 1‑on‑1 training to customer employees on service, product knowledge, pairings, slicing techniques, etc.
• Execute assigned Go‑Spot‑Check missions
• Deliver perishable goods and monitor truck maintenance schedules
• Develop relationships with deli management to understand needs and identify opportunities
• Complete additional activities or special projects as assigned

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to speak and read English
• 1+ years as a Brand Associate or 3 years in customer service, sales, warehouse, or a similar role
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Basic computer skills

• ServSafe certification
• Slicer operation, maintenance and cleaning
• Deli scale operation and sanitation
• DOT compliance and Safe Driver training
