Senior Finance Specialist

About the role

This remote, hourly contractor position focuses on reviewing and creating AI‑generated finance analyses. You will evaluate the reasoning quality of model outputs, provide precise written feedback, and help improve the financial reasoning of leading AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by crafting detailed prompts and model responses on finance topics.
• Evaluate, rank, and compare AI‑generated solutions for accuracy, clarity, and methodological soundness.
• Identify and document conceptual or calculation errors, fact‑check financial claims, and ensure consistency with financial theory.
• Write high‑quality explanations, model solutions, and step‑by‑step reasoning to guide model improvement.
• Test AI models for potential biases or inaccuracies and validate their reliability across use cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Financial Engineering, or Quantitative Finance.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in finance‑related roles.
• Strong command of financial statements, valuation methods (DCF and multiples), time value of money, and market instruments.
• Ability to rigorously review reasoning, spot methodological errors, and perform detailed fact‑checking.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency and comfort with structured sanity checks (reconciliation, sign/unit consistency, boundary cases).
• Self‑directed, reliable, and able to deliver consistent quality in a remote, hourly workflow.
