Camera Operator (Cameraman)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Camera Operator to capture high‑quality video footage for our projects. The role involves operating professional camera equipment, setting up lighting and audio gear, and collaborating closely with the production team.

Key responsibilities

• Operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting and audio equipment to record footage according to production requirements.
• Set up and position cameras, tripods, lighting rigs and microphones on set.
• Capture appropriate shots, angles, framing and movements as directed by the Director and Producer.
• Collaborate with the Director, Producer and Video Editing Team throughout the shoot.
• Review recorded material to ensure quality and completeness.
• Ensure proper backup and archiving of all recorded footage.
• Maintain, clean and safely store all filming equipment.
• Deliver assigned filming tasks within production schedules and deadlines.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Media, Film Production, Photography or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience as a cameraman or in a similar video‑production role.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good understanding of composition, lighting, camera angles and shooting techniques.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when required.
