About the role

The Production Assistant supports cross‑functional teams to keep projects on budget, on schedule, and well‑documented. You will work closely with vendors, internal departments, and team members to ensure smooth operational logistics and help identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Experience in a back‑office, administrative or assistant role.
• Strong multitasking ability.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
