Affiliate Manager – AI Product

About the role

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to drive growth of our AI‑powered product portfolio. You will work remotely with a global team, managing existing affiliate partners and launching new custom partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and scale affiliate partners across CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models, including creative selection, landing‑page setup and tracking configuration (postback/S2S).
• Monitor daily and weekly KPIs (traffic quality, conversion, CPA/ROI) and collaborate with partners to optimise under‑performing placements.
• Maintain tracking and reporting infrastructure, resolve data discrepancies and keep the partner database up‑to‑date.
• Support Business Development in launching new custom partnerships, handling technical setup, monitoring and initial optimisation.
• Track competitor affiliate programmes and share relevant insights with the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle affiliate account management experience.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare and Hybrid models, channel economics and fraud risk.
• Technical literacy in tracking, pixels, postback/S2S, attribution and basic API usage.
• Experience with partner pipeline/CRM management and analytical reporting.
• Comfortable using Claude or ChatGPT for research and communication.
• Business‑level English for written communication and partner calls.
