Algorithmic Trader

About the role

Klein Labs is seeking a self‑driven Algorithmic Trader to own a trading seat from day one. You will design, implement, and continuously optimise multi‑chain crypto strategies, working in a fast‑paced, flat startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and iterate multi‑chain (CEX/DEX) trading strategies.
• Build execution systems and data‑monitoring mechanisms.
• Analyse on‑chain and off‑chain data to uncover arbitrage and liquidity opportunities.
• Collaborate with research, business development, and other teams to close the loop from market insight to execution.
• Own P&L performance and drive continuous improvement of strategy results.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in trading, quantitative research, or hands‑on DeFi.
• Strong interest in crypto market structure, narrative trading, and volatility.
• Independent decision‑maker with a habit of taking ownership of returns.
• Fast learner who can quickly adapt to new market narratives and sectors.
• Preference for startup culture and ability to thrive in a flat, rapid‑feedback environment.
• Machine‑learning background is a plus.
