About the role
As an Apprenticeship Process Operator at NobleBio you will work on a variety of production equipment, ensuring smooth operation of both powder and liquid manufacturing processes. You will be part of a dynamic team that monitors and controls processes using advanced automation technology.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and adjust fermenters, centrifuges, spray dryers and mixing kettles.
- Monitor the production process through an advanced Siemens PLC system and make necessary adjustments.
- Administer the fermentation process and act as the primary contact for production execution.
- Identify and propose improvements for product quality, efficiency, safety, environmental impact and cost reduction.
- Support the production of powders and liquids while ensuring a varied and engaging work environment.
Required profile
- VMBO diploma.
- Strong motivation to follow a two‑ or three‑year apprenticeship program.
- Availability to work three or four days per week.
- Ability to work carefully, accurately and independently.
- Result‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Siemens PLC systems.
