Assistant Manager Commission Accounting

About the role

Ready to lead at the intersection of high‑volume finance and data analytics, we are seeking an analytical Assistant Manager of Commission Accounting to spearhead our commission operations team. The role combines mentorship of analysts with deep expertise in Excel and complex payout systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, train and schedule a team of Commission Accounting Analysts, overseeing daily workflows for weekly and monthly commission runs.
• Validate multi‑tiered compensation payouts, rank advancements and generational bonuses while auditing distributor downline structures.
• Calculate and review month‑end commission accruals, journal entries and monitor payout‑to‑revenue ratios.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the commission engine whenever new incentives or plan updates are introduced.
• Serve as primary contact for complex distributor payout disputes and high‑ranking leader inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, Data Analytics or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate accounting or high‑volume financial data processing.
• 1–2 years of formal supervisory experience or proven project‑leadership as a Senior Analyst.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
