Key responsibilities

• Champion collaborative projects that combine media planning, data analytics and creative personalization.
• Drive the implementation of WPP Open platform solutions for client campaigns.
• Foster a culture of trust and openness while balancing client and employee experiences.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable media performance.
• Represent WPP Media in client discussions, showcasing the value of AI‑enabled media strategies.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience within media, advertising or related disciplines.
• Strong track record of delivering client‑focused results in a fast‑changing environment.
• Ability to inspire teams, champion growth and uphold WPP’s core values.
