Content & Social Media Manager

About the role

Wisp is an early‑stage AI privacy startup building a confidential AI platform. As the Content & Social Media Manager you will shape the brand narrative, create platform‑native content and keep the community engaged across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Transform briefs into finished posts, threads, scripts and short‑form videos for X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube/TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Own and maintain the publishing calendar, ensuring a consistent cadence across all social channels.
• Edit and produce short‑form video assets (explainers, launch clips, memes) using tools such as Premiere or CapCut.
• Repurpose high‑performing ideas into native formats for different platforms.
• Engage with audiences by replying to comments and participating in relevant communities.
• Monitor trends, community discussions and the broader AI‑privacy zeitgeist to inform content strategy.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of hands‑on content creation experience in tech, AI, Web3 or related fields.
• Portfolio showcasing published posts, threads and video content.
• Strong sense of platform‑specific voice and ability to adapt the same idea for different channels.
• Self‑managing, proactive and comfortable working with technical topics such as encryption and confidential computing.
