Cost Optimisation Specialist – Chinese Language

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Cost Optimisation Specialist fluent in Chinese to drive efficiency across its global social‑discovery platforms. You will work remotely, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities and support partner operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through execution and result control.
• Analyse statistics, reports, and partner performance metrics to uncover cost optimisation opportunities.
• Develop and implement cost‑optimisation strategies with internal and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Support and manage partners in Bitrix CRM, handling complex and non‑standard requests.
• Improve partner‑related processes and tools, including CRM, reporting, and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared efficiency goals.

Required profile

• English B2+, Russian C1+, Chinese B2+ language proficiency.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, and general PC use.
• Strong teamwork, problem‑solving, negotiation, critical thinking, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to devise professional solutions across diverse situations.
