About the role

We are seeking senior engineering professionals residing or working in Liberia to lead asset, maintenance and engineering functions across capital‑intensive sectors such as ports, logistics, mining and heavy industry. The role will shape long‑term asset strategies, drive reliability initiatives and ensure engineering excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in the planning and execution of asset management programs.
• Develop, implement and monitor long‑term asset strategies that integrate reliability and performance goals.
• Oversee maintenance operations, ensuring optimal equipment availability and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with operations and senior leadership to align engineering solutions with business objectives.
• Manage budgets, capital projects and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Civil Engineering (required).
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management or Data Analytics (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in asset, maintenance or engineering leadership.
• Proven senior managerial experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams in capital‑intensive environments.
• Strong strategic and technical expertise in designing and executing long‑term asset strategies.
