HR & Payroll Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an HR & Payroll Operations Manager to ensure accurate, timely, and structured HR administration and payroll data preparation across multiple jurisdictions. The role supports the full employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to off‑boarding—while maintaining transparent communication between HR, managers, accounting and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR administration for hiring, employee changes, support, off‑boarding and termination.
• Prepare and maintain contracts, addendums, HR documents and employee files.
• Keep employee records and HR data accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Prepare monthly payroll data, create salary sheets and transfer information to accounting.
• Track changes in employee status, compensation, workload or cooperation terms and update relevant documents.
• Communicate with accounting, legal, managers and external providers on documentation and payroll matters.
• Participate in resolving employee questions, misunderstandings and conflict situations.
• Support and improve personnel administration, document flow and payroll data preparation processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration or Payroll Administration.
• Hands‑on experience with personnel administration: hiring, changes, termination, contracts and related documents.
• Proven ability to prepare payroll data including salaries, bonuses, deductions, vacations and sick leaves.
• Understanding of the full employee lifecycle and experience working across multiple jurisdictions is a plus.
• English proficiency at B2 level.

Required skills

• Advanced use of spreadsheets.
• Experience with HRM/HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar task‑management tools.
