Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Officer to support our HR team in delivering effective recruitment, compliance, and employee welfare services. The role will involve close interaction with both candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and policy adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and internal company policies.
• Manage and promote employee welfare programs and related initiatives.
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a positive entry experience.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management on policy and procedural matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
