职位概况
负责设计、开发并优化公司核心做市交易系统的Java后端服务，聚焦微秒级延迟和超高并发，确保实时市场数据的准确与及时。
主要职责
- 参与核心做市交易系统的架构设计与实现。
- 进行系统性能调优，将延迟压缩至微秒级。
- 处理实时市场数据流（Order Book、Ticker、Trades），保证数据完整性。
- 实现风险控制、仓位管理和订单生命周期等关键业务逻辑。
- 编写高质量、可测试的代码并完成单元、集成测试。
任职要求
- 计算机相关本科及以上学历，5年以上Java后端开发经验。
- 熟悉JVM内存模型、垃圾回收、多线程并发编程。
- 有金融科技、券商、外汇、数字货币或高频交易公司工作经历。
- 掌握高并发、低延迟系统开发及性能分析调优工具。
- 熟练使用Netty、Spring WebFlux等网络框架，及Kafka、Redis Pub/Sub等消息中间件。
- 精通Linux系统，熟悉MySQL、PostgreSQL或Redis等数据库。
- 具备Docker、Kubernetes容器化部署经验者优先。
