Lead AI Generative Designer

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Lead AI Generative Designer to own the quality and production of AI‑generated visual content for its social entertainment platforms. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating realistic, high‑volume images of models, avatars and personas that drive user engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the visual quality of AI‑generated images, ensuring realism, consistency and high approval rates.
• Design, build and optimise scalable generative AI pipelines using tools such as Nano Banana Pro, Flux, ChatGPT, ComfyUI, WaveSpeed and emerging platforms.
• Automate batch generation and processing workflows with ComfyUI, n8n, APIs and simple scripts to increase production volume and reduce manual effort.
• Set technical direction for AI image generation, establish best practices and transition the team from ad‑hoc creation to reliable production systems.
• Research, test and evaluate new AI models and techniques, implementing those that improve speed, quality, scalability or cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with generative AI image production, especially realistic people, models or avatars.
• Ability to build processes, think in systems and work independently in a fast‑changing AI environment.
• Excellent visual taste with deep understanding of anatomy, lighting, composition and artifact mitigation.
