About the role
We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Lead VVIP Cabin Crew Member to join a prestigious international private aviation operation. This senior position requires outstanding leadership, operational awareness, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the entire cabin operation and passenger experience, from pre‑flight planning through post‑flight completion.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, service, discretion, organization, and attention to detail at all times.
- Establish, implement, and maintain exceptional cabin service standards.
- Plan menus and manage VIP aviation catering, including ordering, quality control, and coordination with premium caterers worldwide.
- Prepare, plate, and present meals onboard to an exceptional standard.
- Select, store, present, and serve wines, including food pairings.
- Oversee beverages, cabin presentation, and amenities.
- Coordinate upcoming sectors, passenger requirements, catering arrangements, ground logistics, and destination‑specific requirements.
- Liaise proactively with flight crew, operations team, handlers, FBOs, caterers, restaurants, hotels, and premium suppliers worldwide.
- Manage cabin inventory, provisioning, and stock control.
- Keep detailed records of passenger preferences and special requests, anticipating requirements in advance.
- Deliver a highly personalized, discreet, and intuitive VVIP service on every flight.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in Private / VIP / VVIP Aviation, preferably in a Lead or Senior Cabin Crew role.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Strong leadership abilities and professional etiquette.
- Absolute discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work calmly and efficiently within a dynamic international operation.
Required skills
- Knowledge of VVIP service standards, protocol, and luxury hospitality.
- Expertise in fine dining, formal table setting, food presentation, and restaurant‑level service.
- Sommelier knowledge, including wine selection, food pairing, presentation, storage, and service.
- Familiarity with premium restaurants, international cuisine, and high‑end hospitality.
- Experience in VIP aviation catering coordination with operations, handlers, FBOs, and premium suppliers.
- Strong understanding of flight planning and operational coordination.
- Excellent inventory, provisioning, and stock management skills.
