职位概况
负责追踪加密市场趋势，深度研究项目经济模型、代币结构等，为做市决策提供数据支持。
主要职责
- 监测链上及市场数据，识别潜在 Alpha 机会。
- 撰写研究报告，支持业务决策。
- 与 BD、交易团队协作，评估资产风险收益。
- 构建研究方法论、工具和框架，提高效率。
任职要求
- 1–3 年加密行业研究或投资分析经验。
- 熟悉 DeFi、L2、RWAs、AI、GameFi 等赛道。
- 具备扎实的定量分析能力。
- 对行业叙事敏感，能提出独立观点。
必备技能
- Dune
- Nansen
- Token Terminal
