Platform Product Owner

About the role

OneClick Code is seeking a hands‑on Platform Product Owner to shape and deliver its customer‑facing SaaS platform, data products, reports, APIs and partner integrations. You will own product definition through release and adoption, working closely with design, engineering, data, sales and customer success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify user problems, workflow gaps, business opportunities and product risks.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Design to create and refine workflows, prototypes and user experiences.
• Analyze market trends, user behavior and product performance to generate actionable insights.
• Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with company objectives and revenue opportunities.
• Track KPIs and product metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, product ownership or related roles supporting software products.
• 1–2 years of direct ownership of a SaaS or digital product backlog with demonstrated prioritisation and outcome evaluation.
• Experience partnering with engineers and designers in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• BI tools: Tableau, Looker, Power BI.
• Product and delivery tools: Asana, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Amplitude, HotJar.
• APIs, third‑party integrations and data‑product experience.
• Agile methodologies.

What we offer

• USD $3,500–$4,100 per month (based on experience).
• 15 days paid time off in year 1, increasing to 20 days in year 2.
• Paid U.S. holidays and up to USD $125/month reimbursement toward medical coverage.
• Remote work with overlap to U.S. Mountain Time business hours.
