Process Operator – Production & Fermentation

About the role

We are looking for a Process Operator to monitor and control our production lines, including fermentation, powder and liquid manufacturing. You will ensure smooth operation, adjust equipment as needed and act as the main point of contact for the production process. This role offers variety and the chance to contribute to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production processes and make adjustments to machines to maintain optimal performance.
• Administer and oversee the fermentation process, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Support the production of powders and liquids, acting as the primary contact for operational issues.
• Identify and suggest improvements for production quality, efficiency, safety, environmental impact and cost reduction.
• Work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends, to meet production demands.

Required profile

• Vocational (MBO) education level with a practical mindset.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Proactive attitude towards innovation and process improvement.
• Capability to work independently and deliver results.
• Flexibility and availability when needed.
• Background in process technology is a plus but not mandatory.
