Product Localization Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly detail‑oriented Product Localization Specialist to drive the translation and adaptation of Toobit’s products for global markets. You will own the end‑to‑end localization workflow, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and synchronized multilingual releases across web, mobile, and marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Translate and localize website, mobile apps, product interfaces, help‑center articles, and marketing materials from English and/or Chinese into target languages.
• Manage localization workflows using platforms such as Crowdin, Phrase, or Lokalise, including translation memory and terminology database maintenance.
• Coordinate multilingual product releases with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to launch features, campaigns, and updates simultaneously across all channels.
• Conduct linguistic quality assurance (LQA) reviews, maintain terminology consistency for cryptocurrency, trading, compliance, and financial vocabularies.
• Support multilingual A/B testing and ensure correct display of UX elements (date, time, number formats, currency symbols, regulatory notices).
• Continuously optimise localisation processes and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and passion for linguistic accuracy.
• Experience managing multilingual content across product, marketing, and support channels.
• Ability to work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Compliance teams.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, trading, or financial terminology is a plus.
