Production Assistant

About the role

The Production Assistant will support cross‑functional teams in ensuring smooth project operations. Working closely with vendors, finance, and logistics, you will help keep projects on budget and on schedule while providing administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Track project budgets and expenses in collaboration with finance and other departments.
• Coordinate with vendors to secure cost‑effective solutions.
• Arrange travel logistics for team members attending events or meetings.
• Monitor costs, identify savings opportunities, and maintain organized project documentation.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks that could affect timelines or outcomes.
• Support onboarding processes and ensure day‑to‑day operational logistics run smoothly.

Required profile

• Experience in a back‑office, administrative or assistant role.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Awareness of legal and compliance considerations.
• Passion for the gaming industry.
