Production Assistant – Media Production Support

About the role

We are looking for a Production Assistant to support our media production team in delivering high‑quality film, television and advertising projects. You will work closely with the crew to ensure all production elements are delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the production team with daily activities to keep operations efficient.
• Support producers, line producers, directors and crew with assigned tasks.
• Manage production logistics such as equipment, props, costumes, transportation, catering and location arrangements.
• Prepare and organize production documents, schedules, call sheets and contact lists.
• Coordinate with crew members, vendors and external parties to communicate and arrange production requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications or related field (preferred); fresh graduates may be considered.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to fast‑paced environments and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of production processes, equipment and on‑set procedures.
• Responsible, proactive, punctual, detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
