Production Coordinator – Consumer Electronics

About the role

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our Shenzhen production team at Marshall Group. The role takes ownership of projects once they move from the headquarters to mass production, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assume project ownership from the Headquarter Project team and act as the de‑facto Project Manager during mass production.
• Manage Engineering Change Requests, coordinating with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to implement changes on schedule.
• Monitor production status and PO deliveries, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support production transfer activities and oversee the development of edition and collaboration projects.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in consumer electronics, preferably with exposure to the audio industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or Supply Chain; overseas education is a plus.
• Self‑driven, reliable and able to juggle multiple tasks on short notice.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
