Production Director

About the role

The Production Director provides operational oversight for all production‑related ministries at America’s Keswick. This senior position ensures technical excellence across audio, video, lighting, and presentation services while fostering a culture of creativity, clarity, and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple production teams and coordinate schedules for services, conferences, and events.
• Maintain and steward audio, video, lighting, and presentation equipment and resources.
• Plan and execute high‑quality technical support that enhances worship, programming, and guest experiences.
• Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and interns to ensure seamless production workflows.
• Uphold the ministry’s mission and values through reliable, high‑standard technical delivery.

Required profile

• Mature Christian who models Christ‑likeness and adheres to traditional, conservative, evangelical values.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a ministry setting.
• Strong sense of integrity and stewardship of resources.
