Project Delivery Manager – Smart Locker Solutions

About the role

The Project Delivery Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of international smart locker and self‑service device projects for SLS Alliance. You will translate client agreements into detailed plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor project timelines, budgets and resources from initiation to client handover.
• Coordinate internal departments (Sales, Operations, Support, Finance) and external stakeholders such as field engineers, logistics partners, suppliers and service contractors.
• Manage equipment delivery, installation, commissioning, and post‑launch support across Europe, the UK, Ireland, Saudi Arabia and other markets.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients and internal teams, providing regular status updates and risk mitigation.
• Standardise project delivery processes and contribute to scaling operational procedures for new market entry.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in project management or delivery of technology‑focused solutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑disciplinary projects involving hardware, software, logistics and service maintenance.
• Experience with international deployments and cross‑cultural stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with smart‑locker, IoT, last‑mile delivery or related RetailTech environments is a strong advantage.
