Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management of our professional services solutions. The role combines project management, client engagement, and operational excellence, primarily using Asana to deliver projects for financial‑services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end service delivery projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets using Asana.
• Conduct business analysis to ensure service delivery aligns with client needs.
• Design and implement project reporting systems and dashboards.
• Produce and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely service implementation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Monitor service performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks that may impact service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of service delivery processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in service delivery.
• Proven experience using Asana for project management and team collaboration.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Experience developing project reports and designing intuitive dashboards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
