Senior Affiliate Manager – Dating & Web

About the role

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to lead affiliate acquisition and growth for its mainstream dating products. You will work remotely with an international team, driving partner pipelines from initial contact to successful campaign launch.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, negotiate, and onboard new affiliate partners, advertisers, and networks in the dating vertical.
• Drive partnership growth by launching, testing, and scaling traffic sources to increase sales volume and partner profitability.
• Manage the full partner lifecycle: negotiations, onboarding, launch coordination, and ongoing communication with product, tech, sales, and account teams.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offers, traffic sources, and campaign performance to uncover growth opportunities.
• Coordinate affiliate tracking setup, monitor metrics such as CR1, CR2, CPA, ROI, and troubleshoot technical issues before and after launch.

Required profile

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or performance‑driven digital sales.
• Existing network of affiliate partners and deep understanding of mainstream dating offers.
• Track record of building and scaling partnership pipelines from scratch.
• Strong grasp of affiliate models (CPA, CPL, RevShare) and international partner negotiations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and drive data‑based improvements.
