About the role

Senior Graphic Designer needed to lead visual storytelling for a fast‑growing agro‑chemical company, creating branding, digital advertising and campaign artwork across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, evolve and protect the platform’s brand guidelines across all customer‑facing touchpoints.
• Create eye‑catching visual assets for social media campaigns, app store banners, digital ads and viral challenges.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to design in‑app banners, playlist covers, UI badges and promotional pop‑ups.
• Design pitch decks, artist partnership kits, media kits, promotional merchandise and event materials.
• Drive creative brainstorming sessions, set high standards for visual storytelling and ensure all outputs align with marketing goals and timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital advertising and campaign artwork.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple design projects.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, proactive, adaptable, deadline‑driven and passionate about music, entertainment, digital media and emerging trends.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with Figma.
• Experience with motion/animation tools (e.g., After Effects).
