Senior Solutions Consultant – Remote

About the role

Faro Health is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to act as the bridge between client challenges and our AI‑driven clinical development platform. You will partner with the sales team, engage executive and clinical stakeholders, and translate complex needs into clear, actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and leadership to evolve Faro’s pre‑sales playbook, including discovery processes, demo frameworks, evaluation workflows, and hand‑off standards.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that address specific client pain points.
• Develop reusable assets such as demo scripts, objection‑handling guides, technical FAQs, and competitive positioning documents.
• Build business cases that simplify decision‑making for clients in a complex regulatory environment.
• Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring specialist expertise is applied where it adds the most value.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a solutions consultant, management consultant, strategic advisor, or customer‑transformation leader.
• Strong background in data and analytics within the life‑sciences or healthcare sector.
• Ability to communicate clearly with executive, clinical, and technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, remote‑first startup environment.
