Senior Technical Support Specialist (FinTech / Open Banking)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join Noda, our fast‑growing open‑banking payment platform operating across Europe. The role focuses on solving complex technical issues, supporting merchants during integration, and collaborating with internal engineering teams to ensure stable payment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support merchants during integration with Noda’s payment solutions.
• Investigate complex technical and payment‑related issues using logs, monitoring tools, and internal systems.
• Diagnose incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions with Payments, Automation, SRE, Account Management, and Product teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and internal knowledge bases.
• Mentor junior team members and help improve support standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Support, Integration Support, or Payment Support.
• Background in FinTech, payment systems, PSPs, or open‑banking products.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Russian and English (B2+).

Required skills

• Understanding of HTTP, APIs, and client‑server architecture.
• Knowledge of payment flows and open‑banking integration patterns.
• Experience with log and monitoring tools such as Kibana.
• Familiarity with incident‑management processes, SLA/SLO principles.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
