Senior User Acquisition Manager – Meta Ads & Web

About the role

We are seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising for two dating products. You will own the full funnel—from app to web—optimising campaigns, budgets and creative to drive high‑quality traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for both app and web funnels.
• Analyse performance metrics, optimise CPA/CPI, and scale spend while maintaining efficiency.
• Develop and test growth hypotheses across audiences, GEOs, placements, ad formats, landing pages and creative angles.
• Collaborate with the creative team to research competitors, craft briefs and evaluate creative performance.
• Build structured reporting and automate campaign management using rules and tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years hands‑on experience with Meta/Facebook Ads, preferably in high‑volume B2C sectors such as dating, gaming or entertainment.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of at least $100k, with the ability to scale to $400‑$500k.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, GA4 and internal analytics/CRM platforms.
• Fluent in Russian; English reading/writing sufficient for tools and documentation.
