Video Editor – TikTok & Reels

About the role

We are looking for a creative Video Editor to produce fast‑paced, vertical short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook, as well as promotional trailers and lyric videos for music releases.

Key responsibilities

• Edit engaging, trend‑based vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook, including challenges, tutorials and artist shoutouts.
• Cut promotional trailers, lyric videos and visualizers for exclusive music drops and platform features.
• Handle video cutting, color grading, audio balancing, subtitle/caption integration and graphic overlays to ensure a polished aesthetic.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator to align video outputs with trending audio tracks, viral formats and the pre‑launch content calendar.
• Organise and maintain a clean, structured digital library of raw footage, brand assets, stock elements and project files.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Video Editing, Multimedia, Film, Media, Design or a related field (preferred).
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience editing video content for digital platforms, social media agencies, media production houses or creators.
• Strong portfolio showcasing fast‑paced, high‑retention short‑form videos with dynamic pacing, sound design and captioning.
• Good understanding of video composition, storytelling, color grading, sound editing, transitions and visual effects.
