Webflow Developer – Remote Full-Time

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled, design‑focused Webflow Developer to join our fast‑growing, remote‑first team. You will translate high‑fidelity Figma or Adobe XD mockups into pixel‑perfect, conversion‑optimized Webflow sites, owning the technical implementation of our marketing and product web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build fully responsive custom websites and landing pages from scratch using Webflow.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to ensure accurate technical translation of designs.
• Create and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections for scalable content.
• Write clean custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend native Webflow functionality.
• Audit and optimise sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO.
• Integrate third‑party tools and APIs (e.g., Zapier, GA4, GTM, CRM software).
• Conduct cross‑device and cross‑browser testing before and after launch.
• Maintain website security, update scripts, and troubleshoot bugs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional Webflow design and development experience, preferably in a digital agency, SaaS, or startup.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, layout, typography, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a distributed team (Slack, Zoom).
• Robust portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects, custom interactions, and before/after designs.
