Works Manager – Offshore Subsea Cable Installation

About the role

As a Works Manager you will lead the operational execution of offshore subsea cable installation projects, overseeing a team of site superintendents and project engineers and reporting directly to the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and optimise the planning and execution of subsea cable installation works.
• Ensure client requirements are met both internally and externally.
• Maintain QHSE‑S standards while keeping projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate operational staff and collaborate closely with superintendents and project engineers on site.
• Contribute to the efficient realisation of project activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, preferably with a construction specialisation, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience on complex offshore engineering projects.
• Ability to work autonomously, solve problems and adopt a hands‑on mentality.
• Strong teamwork orientation and willingness to work abroad for extended periods.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
