AI Video Editor (Performance Creative)

About the role

Incubator Lab is seeking a talented AI Video Editor to join its remote, performance‑focused growth team. You will lead the integration of cutting‑edge AI tools into the video production pipeline to create high‑retention, conversion‑driven short‑form ads.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize AI platforms such as Runway, HeyGen, Midjourney, ElevenLabs to generate and enhance advertising assets.
• Develop and maintain workflows for AI‑driven face swaps, voice cloning, and B‑roll generation.
• Iterate quickly on winning creative hooks using generative video and audio.
• Monitor emerging AI video technologies to keep ad creatives cutting‑edge.

Required profile

• Proven experience applying AI tools in a professional video production setting.
• A “hacker” mindset with the ability to make AI outputs seamless and high‑converting.
• Strong foundation in traditional editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut) to polish AI‑generated content.
• Capability to troubleshoot “uncanny valley” issues and maintain ad authenticity.
