About the role

Integrity Rehab Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the Lakeshore Pavilion clinic. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centered orthopedic therapy and collaborating closely with physician partners to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based, patient‑centered orthopedic therapy.
• Coordinate care with physician partners and build strong collaborative relationships.
• Contribute to a positive healing environment and exceptional patient experiences.

Required profile

• Current or pending Physical Therapy license.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• CPR certified.
