Commission Sales Associate

About the role

The Commission Sales Associate works full‑time on‑site in Greater Monrovia, identifying prospective customers, presenting Zomatic’s products and services, and guiding buyers toward informed purchasing decisions while earning commission‑based income.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers in the Greater Monrovia area.
• Present product and service offerings, explaining benefits and pricing.
• Follow up on leads and manage a personal sales pipeline.
• Negotiate terms within company guidelines and close sales to earn commissions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prepare basic sales reports.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven ability in customer service, relationship building, and client communication.
• Strong sales skills including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals in a commission‑based environment.
• Basic business and administrative abilities such as record‑keeping and organizing a sales pipeline.
• Effective verbal and written communication with the capacity to present products clearly.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently to meet or exceed targets.
• Comfortable working onsite in a face‑to‑face sales environment in Greater Monrovia.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or marketing training is a plus.
