Compliance Analyst

About the role

The Compliance Analyst supports the company in ensuring that transportation, logistics, supply chain, warehousing, and storage operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor operational activities for compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal control checks.
• Review licenses, permits, vehicle, driver, supplier, and operational documentation.
• Identify compliance gaps, risks, fraud indicators, and policy violations.
• Support internal audits, investigations, and regulatory inspections.
• Maintain compliance records, risk registers, and corrective‑action trackers.
• Prepare compliance reports and recommendations for management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Fleet, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, HR, and other departments.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Compliance, Risk Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk, logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical, documentation, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of Liberia’s regulatory and business environment is an advantage.
