DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to maintain and evolve our Windows and Linux based IT infrastructure, both on‑premise and in the cloud. The role involves ensuring high availability, security, and performance of core systems while supporting development and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and implement Windows and Linux based IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and system administration on cloud platforms to meet service level objectives.
• Execute data backup, recovery, disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for core systems.
• Follow up on security remediation recommendations from the cybersecurity team.
• Automate cloud operations and perform health checks, capacity monitoring, problem solving and escalation according to company guidelines.
• Configure, document, optimise and support DevOps infrastructure components.
• Build automated deployments using configuration‑management technologies.
• Support Production, Staging and Development environments.
• Occasionally work weekends or public holidays when required, with flexible hours on request.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Hands‑on experience with virtualization, servers, storage and networking.
• Experience setting up Windows Server and Linux Server (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) and performing network configuration and RPM packaging.
• Familiarity with Blockchain and Web3 infrastructure.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with internal teams and external clients.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (verbal and written) is mandatory.
