About the role
We are seeking a Head of Mobile User Acquisition to lead performance marketing for our portfolio of social discovery apps. The role will drive rapid user and revenue growth across global markets while managing a high‑budget mobile acquisition program.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive mobile acquisition strategy targeting 150‑300% growth in users and revenue.
- Lead and expand a cross‑functional team of 5+ specialists, collaborating with product, design, analytics and engineering.
- Manage monthly acquisition budgets of $1M+ for core and emerging markets, allocating spend across Google, Facebook, TikTok, CPA networks and in‑app partners.
- Oversee the creation of high‑impact campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize based on LTV, CPA, EROI and retention metrics.
- Drive market‑share expansion through global rollout and sustained growth in Tier‑1 markets.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading mobile performance marketing with a $1M+ monthly budget.
- Successful track record promoting mobile apps in Tier‑1 markets.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep knowledge of acquisition KPIs such as LTV, CPA and EROI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Russian and English (B2+).
