Liberia Sales Manager

About the role

The company is seeking a Sales Manager to drive market development in Liberia, focusing on medium and small projects across mining, energy, railway, and infrastructure sectors. The role requires deep knowledge of Hytera's converged communication and PoC product portfolio and the ability to generate both short‑term and long‑term opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the market for mining, energy, railway, and infrastructure projects in Liberia.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with end users, leveraging personal networks and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers in energy, mining, and transportation companies.
• Conduct local market research, monitor trends and competitor activity, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Track sales progress, compile data, and submit regular reports to management.
• Travel within Liberia as required for business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven business development and project sales track record, preferably in the ICT communication industry.
• Familiarity with Liberia’s mining, energy, and transportation sectors is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Willingness to reside long‑term in Liberia and undertake frequent business trips.
