Machine Operator – Wire Drawing

About the role

Beneke Wire Company is seeking motivated individuals to join its Production Department as Machine Operators/Wire Drawers. You will work on a team that processes aluminum wire to meet customer specifications while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate wire drawing equipment.
• Process aluminum wire according to customer specifications.
• Perform quality checks on finished wire.
• Handle materials and provide production support as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Willingness to undergo a post‑offer drug screen, physical examination, and background check.
• Motivated candidates; prior experience is helpful but not required as training will be provided.

Required skills

• Wire drawing equipment operation.
