职位概况
负责设备的现场安装、故障诊断及维修指导，确保产品保修和服务质量，支持客户满意度提升。
主要职责
- 进行设备安装并诊断故障，提供现场维修指导。
- 指导保修工作，分发技术资料，为服务经理准备保修报告。
- 整理现场服务报告，反馈产品缺陷并协助提出改进方案。
- 执行公司道德、安全及保修管理准则。
- 根据需求提供现场服务支持，参与培训与员工发展。
- 确保业务活动合法合规，跟踪客户服务并处理相关事宜。
任职要求
- 具备设备安装、故障诊断及维修经验。
- 能够编写并整理服务报告和保修报告。
- 熟悉公司管理规范，具备良好的客户沟通能力。
- 能够适应现场工作并提供技术支持。
