Procurement & Supply Management Manager (Liberian Nationals)

About the role

The Manager I – Procurement & Supply Management leads procurement and supply chain activities for malaria and health commodity programs in Liberia, ensuring compliance with CRS policies, donor regulations, and government requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee quantification, forecasting, and procurement planning for health commodities.
• Coordinate with the Ministry of Health, CMS, donors, and partners to align supply chain operations.
• Monitor project progress, resolve operational issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Assess supply chain risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Represent CRS in coordination forums and prepare technical reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Public Health or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement or supply chain experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with donor‑funded health programs and government counterparts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
