Product Engineer (AI-Native)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Product Engineer to own AI‑first product features from concept to production. You will work remotely with a global team, collaborating with external partners and leveraging AI agents as your primary development tool.

Key responsibilities

• Own product features end‑to‑end, from a one‑line problem statement to production.
• Engage external partners to obtain sandbox access, documentation, and integration details.
• Write product and technical specifications together with AI agents and take full responsibility for every line.
• Delegate development to AI agents, critically review their output, and integrate it into a complex codebase.
• Test delivered features and ensure reliability of code handling financial transactions.
• Contribute as an equal team member to evolve our AI‑first development process.

Required profile

• Senior‑level engineering background with experience owning complex production systems end‑to‑end (architecture, reliability, deployment, integrations).
• Proficiency using AI agents (Claude Code, Codex or similar) as daily development tools.
• Strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset, able to drive tasks without detailed specifications.
• Critical eye for AI‑generated work, quickly identifying errors and selecting optimal solutions.
• Focus on hands‑on product work as an individual contributor; no team‑management responsibilities.

Required skills

• Experience with backend engineering or software architecture.
• Use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or Codex.
