Quality Assurance Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Assistant to provide full‑time administrative and continuous quality improvement support to the Quality Assurance Unit of the Children’s Review Program. The role involves managing day‑to‑day operations, handling data, and ensuring program goals are met in an office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming information and data accurately and timely, including census of Cabinet‑committed youth and reconciliation of reports.
• Maintain and update agency, provider, and child‑related records such as placement and foster parent data.
• Contact provider agencies to validate data and facilitate user access to the CRP web application.
• Schedule, attend, and document CQI‑related meetings, including Quality Outcomes for Children Council sessions.
• Respond to inquiries professionally and provide support to other CRP units as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field with one year of data‑entry/verification experience, OR high school diploma with two years of comparable experience.
• At least one year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Commitment to an inclusive, collaborative workplace.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with data‑management tools such as SQL and Power BI.
