Senior User Acquisition Manager – Facebook (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead Facebook advertising for our core dating portfolio. The role focuses on the US and other Tier‑1 markets, driving growth through data‑driven campaign management.

Key responsibilities

• Own Facebook UA for web funnels across products such as Dating.com and DateMyAge.
• Plan, launch, optimise and scale campaigns with monthly spends of $200k–$300k+.
• Build and maintain account and Business Manager structures, tracking, domains, whitelists and payment flows.
• Run a structured creative testing loop: hypothesis, iteration, learning, scaling.
• Develop automation rules, scripts and integrations with third‑party tools, documenting best practices.

Required profile

• Senior hands‑on experience with Facebook user acquisition for web/B2C markets, specifically in the US and other Tier‑1 regions.
• Budget ownership of $100k+/month (ideally $200k+), with strong performance focus on CPA, ROAS and LTV.
• Deep knowledge of Facebook best practices, scaling, bidding and troubleshooting.
• Ability to split time between execution (70‑80%) and channel leadership (20‑30%).
• Experience with automation and AI‑driven creative iteration workflows.
